CHICKEN SHISH KABOB RECIPE

Ingredients:
3 lbs chicken breast or boneless chicken thighs.
1 bottle of Noah’s Mediterranean Chicken Marinade.

Directions:
1. Cut chicken into bite size pieces.
2. Coat chicken with Noah’s Mediterranean Chicken Marinade in a resealable bag or a container of your choice and marinate in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours. We don’t recommend marinating overnight.
3. Soak wooden skewers in water to prevent burning while grilling.
4. Thread chicken pieces onto skewers and discard unused marinade. Alternatively, you can thread vegetable pieces in between chicken pieces.
5. Preheat grill (gas, charcoal or electric) to medium-high heat and oil grates lightly.
6. Cook chicken skewers, turning frequently until nicely browned on all sides, approximately 7 minutes on each side. Always cook your chicken kabobs to a minimum internal temperature of 165°F.


BEEF SHISH KABOB RECIPE

Ingredients:
3 lbs of your choice of beef cut.
1 bottle of Noah’s Mediterranean Beef Marinade.

Directions:
1. Cut beef into bite size pieces.
2. Coat beef with Noah’s Mediterranean Beef Marinade in a resealable bag or a container of your choice and marinate in the refrigerator for 3-6 hours. We don’t recommend marinating overnight.
3. Soak wooden skewers in water to prevent burning while grilling.
4. Thread beef pieces onto skewers and discard unused marinade. Alternatively, you can thread vegetable pieces in between beef pieces.
5. Preheat grill (gas, charcoal or electric) to medium-high heat and oil grates lightly.
6. Cook beef skewers to your desired doneness. Always cook your beef kabobs to a minimum internal temperature of 145°F.
